How will LivFit get me the results I desire?
Two words, “Muscle Confusion.” By providing an extensive variety of different training moves that will take time to master. LivFit continually challenges the body’s muscles into new growth and changes. The more you confuse the muscle, the harder your body has to work to keep up, the more variety you put into your workout, the better and faster your results will be.
How does it work?
The LivFit training system is designed to get you fit faster. Your personal trainer will walk you through cardio, flexibility, core strength, and structured resistance workouts; and, since LivFit is based on the 5 components of fitness, you also get nutritional coaching and meal planning. It is a program that doesn’t only make you look better, you’ll feel better too!
Here’s what you get!
Personalized Programming:
Your trainer begins by identifying your goals, and present condition, and then creates a personalized fitness plan. Then, in 60 minute, one-on-one sessions, you’ll learn the combinations of exercises best suited for you, the proper amount of weight and reps, how much time to rest between sets, and how to avoid plateaus.
Fitness Guidebook:
You will receive a booklet full of fitness tips and useful health information. Learn how to perform dozens of exercises along with injury prevention. Learn how to understand food labels, how to eat smarter, what to look for and what to avoid when eating out, the difference between fat loss and weight loss and much more. It’s valuable for during AND after completing your program.
Fitness & Nutritional Journal:
Tracking your progress is almost as important as the exercise itself. Your solutions kit also incorporates a journal which will allows you to accurately track your meals and training programs. This way, you can easily review your progress with your trainer and adjust accordingly.
